1. Who we are

DepopFee is an independent fee calculator operated by an individual established in Hangzhou, China. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that operator. You can reach us at support@depopfee.com — the operator's legal name and full postal address are available on request.

2. What this service is

DepopFee provides free calculators and reference tables that estimate marketplace fees for resellers. Results are estimates generated from published fee structures and the numbers you enter. You do not need an account or an email address to use them.

3. Free and paid plans

The calculators are free. DepopFee Pro is an optional paid plan that removes the batch row limit and adds CSV export. Pro never changes the fee figures themselves — the same rates are used for everyone.

4. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

Paid plans are sold and billed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles any VAT or sales tax; their terms apply in addition to these. Prices are shown in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel.

5. Refunds and cancellation

If Pro turns out not to be useful to you, email support@depopfee.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. You can cancel at any time from the Creem customer portal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Estimates, not guarantees

Marketplaces change fees, and your account may include taxes, promotions or country-specific rates that differ from the defaults here. Every page shows its source and the date we last verified the numbers, but you should always reconcile against your own marketplace statements before making a financial decision. We are not liable for pricing or business decisions made using these estimates.

7. No affiliation

DepopFee is independent. Depop and other marketplace names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the fee structures we calculate. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any marketplace.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for others, resell the calculators as your own, share a single Pro subscription between unrelated users, or misrepresent our data as official marketplace information.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change, and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the courts of Hangzhou, China have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
