How to price a batch
1. Export or copy your listings
Pull price and shipping out of your Depop listings, a spreadsheet or your own notes. One listing per line is all the format asks for.
2. Paste and set the rules once
Region, Depop Shipping label and boost status are set once for the whole batch, so every row is charged the same way.
3. Read the table, fix the losses
Rows with a negative profit are highlighted in red. Sort out the losers, then export the rest with Pro to keep for your records.

Payments are handled by Creem as merchant of record, so VAT and sales tax are included at checkout. Cancel any time from the Creem customer portal. Checkout is not live on this deployment yet: the payment keys are still being connected, and the button returns a clear error with no charge.
What Pro does not include
Pro is a calculator plan, not a Depop tool: it does not post listings, change prices on Depop or touch your Depop account. It also cannot see the fees Depop actually charged you — every number here is an estimate built from Depop's published rates.
Batch calculator questions
- How do I enter multiple Depop listings at once?
- Paste one listing per line in the format: sale price, buyer shipping, your shipping cost, item cost. Commas or tabs both work, and only the sale price is required — leave the rest blank and they are treated as zero.
- How many listings can I calculate for free?
- The free batch calculator shows the first 5 rows of every paste, including the totals and average fee rate for those rows. DepopFee Pro lifts the row limit entirely and adds CSV export, so a 200-listing batch is calculated in one pass.
- Does the batch calculator use the same 2026 Depop fees as the single calculator?
- Yes. Every row runs through the same calculation: payment processing on the item price plus buyer shipping plus tax, then the selling fee and boost fee on the item price excluding tax, plus buyer shipping when you did not use a Depop Shipping label.
- Why do some rows get skipped?
- A row is skipped when the sale price is missing, when a value is not a number, when a value is negative, or when a line has more than four columns. Skipped lines are listed with their line number above the results table so you can fix and re-paste them.
- Is my sales data uploaded anywhere?
- No. The batch table is calculated in your browser and nothing you paste is sent to our servers for processing. CSV export happens locally too, using a file generated in your own browser.
