What we collect
- No account, no email. The calculator works without signing up and we do not ask for your email address to use it.
- Calculator inputs stay in your browser. The numbers you type are used to render the result on your screen.
- Analytics. We use privacy-conscious analytics to count visits and see which pages help. This may include a coarse location (country level), device type and referring page.
Cookies and analytics
We ask for your choice before any analytics storage is used. Google Analytics 4 runs in consent mode with storage denied by default, and Microsoft Clarity is not loaded at all until you accept. If you decline, the calculator keeps working exactly the same — we simply do not measure the visit.
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage under the key depopfee-consent. Change your mind at any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings; the banner will appear again on your next visit.
We do not run advertising cookies, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell data.
Third parties
Our site is hosted on Vercel and protected by Cloudflare. Analytics may be provided by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. If you buy a paid plan in the future, payment details are handled by our payment provider (Creem) as merchant of record — we never see your card details.
Your rights
You can ask us what data relates to you, ask for it to be deleted, or object to processing. Write to support@depopfee.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data controller: DepopFee, an independent tool operated by an individual established in Hangzhou, China. Contact: support@depopfee.com — the operator's legal name and full postal address are available on request.
Legal basis. Consent for analytics (you choose in the banner) and legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and keeping the service running.
International transfers. Our providers (Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft and Creem) may process data in the United States and the European Union, under the transfer safeguards those providers publish in their own terms.
Retention. Analytics follows the provider defaults (up to 14 months for event data in Google Analytics). Payment records are held by Creem as merchant of record for as long as tax law requires. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of rate corrections.
